At Xplosive Ape, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if an item isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition. Please note that all returned items must have original tags attached and be free of any gym odors or chalk marks.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
